Based in the northern and western suburbs of Melbourne, Bloom Community Care is passionate about the marginalized communities that live in these suburbs, especially those who don’t have access to disability and aged care support services or don’t understand how the NDIS relates to them and how to apply to Home Aged Care Services.
Bloom Community Care acknowledges that people with disabilities have the same human rights as other members of the community and that the community has a responsibility to facilitate the exercise of those rights.
